Grateful to have Adam by referral. My shower drainage sucked, water doesn’t go away. My first time getting plumbing service, was nervous to find a good plumber, heard about other bad stories. Searched online, trying to find a local hands on plumber with fair affordable rate. Well, called a plumber who answered but going on vacation and recommended Adam. Highly recommend Adam!! Was referred by another plumber who was out of town and feel so fortunate to have found him. He came out right away once details were provided re our tenant’s running toilet and had it fixed within no time. Amazing service from Adam who looked at all potential problems with 30+ year old PVC piping (banned in 1995, my place built 1992)! Adam doesn't up-sell... which is nice though I need a lot of help! He immediately fixed two other plumbing issues! Heather is also really responsive and kind, knowing that plumbing issues are stressful. If I could give more stars, I would!

My garbage disposal was not working and there was a very, very slow drain from my kitchen sink. I left a voice mail message and my call was returned within 5 minutes for a visit to complete the repairs that same day. From initial phone call to completed repair was a total of 3 hours. The friendly woman on the phone walked me through a few available solutions to my plumbing issue and provided estimates to what it would cost. The plumber, Adam, was friendly, honest and provided me with some tips for preventative maintenance. I would not hesitate to use them again if their services are every needed in the future. He explained the issue (deteriorating valve) and the steps to resolve it (which he did). Not only that, he took the time to check out the rest of the general plumbing in my home and offered advice on maintenance.I appreciate his transparency on the costs of the fix and made me feel comfortable that I wasn’t being mislead. We purchased a new kitchen faucet and were going to install it ourselves. Since we live in a condo we thought better to get a professional, just in case. I called some of the larger plumbing businesses and their prices were ridiculous (don't get me wrong, I believe in paying for quality work but some of these other companies really have insane prices). Anyway, I found Miller Plumbing and they were able to set an appointment for that day.Adam was prompt and very professional and I was so glad we called because he found a couple other issues that he was also able to fix.
