My garbage disposal stopped working, and I contacted Miller Plumbing for a quote. I worked with Heather via email who was wonderful. Adam was the technician who came out and he was fantastic! He removed my garburator quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Adam from Miller Plumbing and Drainage Ltd. came the day after I called and unplugged the sink in our upstairs bathroom. He was on time, courteous and set to work right away, clearing the drain.
He then checked the toilet in our basement bathroom, explained how toilets became plugged, and tested it (it had started working again before he arrived).
Altogether a pleasant, helpful and competent experience! Thanks Adam!
Adam has since replaced both of our old toilets which were not flushing properly. The replacement toilets are not "dual flush" as Adam cautioned that they are not as reliable. The ones he installed have two modes of flush. Hold the handle down for two or three seconds and we get a light flush, hold it down for 4 or 5 seconds and we get a thorough flush. Elegant solution without unreliability.
So now Adam is our "go-to" plumber. He is friendly to deal with, estimates are reasonable and the work is well done. I would not hesitate to recommend Adam and Miller Plumbing and Drainage for any household plumbing work.

What a pleasant experience having Adam Miller come to our home to unclog two drains in the bathroom. He arrived early and had exactly the right equipment to quickly clear the drains. He tested the drains extensively to make sure that they flowed well and even cleaned up the sink and tub when he was done. There is a standard flat rate for clearing a drain (half off for the second drain) because they are committed to completing the job and making sure that it is done well. Very responsive and professional, very efficient, and a super nice guy with high standards for his workmanship. Highly recommended! Will only use this company in the future. Such a difference from previous plumbing experiences.

Positive experience from start to finish. When I first called I was able to describe the plumbing issues and sent a picture so Adam could diagnose the problem, give me a cost estimate and booked the service a few days later. He showed up on time, was polite, professional & completed the work in a timely manner and within the cost we’d discussed.

My tub faucet was leaking badly after I tried to fix it myself. The cartridge needed to be replaced. Adam provided a quote and stuck to it even though the job took a little longer. He did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

We called Adam to clean out a drainage system due to odour in our sinks. Adam investigated sinks and said the drainage isn’t the cause of odour.
Instead its most likely the sink strainer area as the one we have traps food and is difficult to remove odour. We gave him the go ahead to replace both sink strainers. Adam was easy to talk to you and my father felt that he was very honest. Personally, I don’t live in the lower mainland and I feel good that if my parents have any plumbing issues then Adam will take care of them honestly. We highly recommend him and thank him for his honesty and reliability.

A neighbour recommended Adam when I needed my garburator installed. He said that he would be here at 2 and he was here at 2! He did a great job at a competitive price, so I called him again — issues with the garburator and the shower diverter. Turn out there was debris in the garburator (embarrassing because I thought that I had cleaned it out). And he was able to fix the diverter. Not only did he (again) appear when he said he would, he did not charge me for the garburator and again, very fair price for the shower diverter. Highly recommend!
