Adam and Heather have helped me with various plumbing issues in my old apartment, and it has been a great experience every time. Since everything Adam fixed worked perfectly, I didn't think twice about reaching out to them again when the safety chain under my bathroom sink fell in my new apartment. I also wanted to tackle a few minor ongoing issues. Adam arrived on time and got right to work. He was kind enough to answer some of my questions about dishwashers, too. I wholeheartedly recommend Adam and Heather for their services.

At the recommendation of a neighbour I called Miller plumbing& Drainage Ltd to fix our toilet. The initial discussion happened via text with Heather, and after explaining what our plumbing problem was, she asked for a picture of the problem, then offered a quote. We then wanted to replace the toilet and I proceeded to send a picture of that too.
The day of the appointment Adam showed up on time, and explained the work to be done. He was friendly and professional , not once getting tired of answering the endless questions thrown at him. Adam was very careful, meticulous and thorough. He checked and double checked that everything was working well, and made sure he left the area clean before he left.

We needed a new kitchen tap and dishwasher installed. We called Miller Plumbing and Drainage in Vancouver based on their good reviews, and they were able to come that week. Our plumber, Adam arrived on time, and explained the work to be done. I needed a plumber in Vancouver and Miller Plumbing came highly recommended from a neighbour.. I definitely understand the hype about this company.
As soon as I called, the friendly receptionist gave me an upfront estimate over the phone for my blocked kitchen drain and helped answer all of my questions about my garburator I was having issues with. I had a plumber come the following morning and he was right on time... that's a first! He cleared my clogged drain quickly and he even helped repair a minor leak in my drainage.. and for free! Couldn't believe it.
My garburator was repaired, my drain was flowing and I was charged EXACTLY what I was quoted by the receptionist! He even left my sink cleaner than it was before he got there.
Absolutely incredible service, I will be recommending miller plumbing to everyone I know.

I had a wonderful experience with Miller plumbing. I explained my plumbing situation, and they quickly crafted a competitive quote and even linked me to the various parts they didn't carry so I could buy them ahead of time.

I booked an appointment the very next day and they gave me a one hour window and arrived right on time. Adam did an amazing job unclogging my sink and removing my garburator and gave me advice for a toilet issue I was having.

Ok, so here's the scoop: The drainage thingy in my kitchen sink detached from the bottom and water was leaking under the sink, rendering it useless. I wanted a local plumber - preferably from East Van - which I found in Miller Plumber. Adam answered the phone himself and asked me to describe the issue. Gave me a (super reasonable!) quote and said he could come that afternoon. Arrived exactly on time. Not one minute early, not one minute late. 3:00 pm on the dot. Very friendly and personable. Fixed the issue in no time, charged me what he said he would. But here's the kicker: As he was leaving, I asked him to take a look at the leaky faucet in my bathroom. To just LOOK at it. (Keep in mind that I had already paid for the sink issue and he was walking out the door.) "No problem" he says. Looks at it and says it's an easy fix. Thinking he’s just going to tighten the bottom of the faucet with a wrench or something, I go into the next room and become distracted with something - as I tend to do. I come back out and realize that he's had to go UNDER the bathroom sink to fix the leak. This means he had to remove all of my many, many, many toiletries from my bath vanity cabinet to get to the faucet thingy. I apologize profusely and he insists that it’s absolutely no problem. He does what he needs to do and I have $40 in cash that I attempt to give him for the extra work. Nope, not happening, refuses outright to take it. I insist. “No deal” he says, “happy to help” he says. I had an appointment so am out the door fairly quickly after him. Upon my return, I head to the bathroom to put all of my many, many toiletries back inside my bathroom cabinet and realize that he’s already done it! I couldn't believe it! Two issues fixed for the price of one AND he cleaned up a mess that he never should have had to make to begin with! AND he wouldn’t take my cash - what? When does THAT ever happen? This is exceptional customer service right here and I, (clearly), cannot say enough good things. Thank you so much, Adam! I’ll never use anyone else and have told all of my East Van peeps about your awesome service!!!

We came to them for an instal when best buy failed to provide a team that knew what they were doing (3 times) The gentleman who came (forgot his name but i would mention it ) was super helpful Catering to our needs and working with what we had dispite the imperfect counter top and wiring set up he made it work and get the job done. Adam did a great job replacing the fill valve and flapper in my toilet so that it stopped running, fixing a clog in my bathtub, and explaining the work he did for me.

Miller Plumbing returned my call within 5 minutes. Adam Miller was at my home in 20, cleared two drains and replaced a flap in the toilet, while explaining the cause of the problems. Showed me how to better maintain the drains.

He came out right away once details were provided re our tenant’s running toilet and had it fixed within no time.
