Adam came to replace our rainfall showerhead with an extendable one. My main concern was making the whole fitting as sturdy as possible and Adam did not forget this. He changed the shower arm to a shorter one, checked and re-screwed the fitting behind the tile, and put silicone between the gaps to reduce movement. He was also nice enough to let me observe and ask questions so I could learn more about house maintenance. An excellent experience and my wife and I are enjoying our new shower head a lot.
